I have extensive experience in providing evidence-based practices to children, adolescents, adults and families. I have worked in a variety of settings including, outpatient community agencies, county-contracted agencies, schools and hospital settings. My passion is to provide culturally sensitive and individualized services to help individuals and families overcome struggles and move on to more meaningful and fulfilling lives.”
I have extensive experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, family discord, phase of life problems, postpartum and grief in working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
I have training and specialization in providing trauma-based therapies including, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to children and adolescents and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to youth and adults.
