She / Her

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping individuals from infancy to late adulthood, ages 0 to 85. My professional path has taken me through a wide range of settings, including community mental health programs, hospitals, medical clinics, private practice, governmental agencies, child welfare, and correctional systems. Each of these environments has deepened my understanding of human resilience and the importance of tailoring care to each individual’s unique background and needs.

My work with children and families is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. I focus on supporting children ages 0 to 18 in areas of development, relationships, parenting, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. I believe that early intervention and nurturing relationships play a crucial role in shaping emotional health and future well-being.

When working with adults, I provide therapy for relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, offering a space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop tools to navigate life’s complexities with confidence and clarity.

Therapy, to me, is a partnership built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself, explore challenges, and work toward positive, lasting change. Whether helping a parent strengthen their bond with a child or supporting an adult through a major transition, I strive to make every session meaningful, respectful, and focused on growth.
