I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Repatterning Therapy, and Breathwork. These approaches are highly effective in clearing negative thought patterns, emotional programming, trauma, and symptoms of PTSD. I also provide specialized support for Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, helping clients rebuild confidence and rediscover their emotional independence after difficult or toxic relationships.
I share with each of my clients a Calming Toolbox that offers practical strategies for managing daily stress. This includes customized Breathwork exercises, mindfulness techniques, and Meditation practices tailored to your personal needs. These tools are easy to integrate into your everyday life and help promote long-term calm, emotional clarity, and resilience.
