As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have dedicated more than seven years to helping people overcome emotional challenges, strengthen their relationships, and find balance in their everyday lives. My work has given me the opportunity to support adults, children, couples, families, and teens across a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, county-contracted programs, and schools. These experiences have allowed me to deeply understand the diverse needs of individuals from different walks of life.
I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where my clients can begin to heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, or challenges in your relationships, I am here to help you find the tools and confidence to move forward.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and healing begins when we feel truly understood. I work closely with my clients to set achievable goals and use therapeutic techniques that best fit their needs and pace. My training includes the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, anger management, trauma and stress-related disorders, grief counseling, co-parenting, and relationship concerns. I also help individuals navigate impulse control and behavioral challenges, providing strategies that promote emotional regulation and healthier communication.
In my sessions, I draw upon a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding them back. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, which encourages clients to focus on their strengths and envision practical steps toward the life they want to build.
As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I am proud to make mental health care accessible to a wider community. I understand how cultural background and family dynamics can shape a person’s experiences, and I bring that awareness into every session to ensure clients feel seen and respected.
My goal is to guide each person toward greater emotional clarity and self-understanding. Together, we work to process painful experiences, strengthen relationships, and rediscover joy in daily life. I am here to remind my clients that healing is not only possible but achievable with the right support and guidance.
