As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find clarity, healing, and balance in their lives. With years of experience working across Orange County and Riverside County, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, children, and adolescents through some of life’s most challenging moments. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master of Science in Educational Counseling, which allows me to approach therapy with both emotional insight and practical strategies. My clinical experience includes working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and emotional regulation. I also provide guidance for parents and families who need help navigating communication struggles, behavioral challenges, or major life transitions.

I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s needs, so I use an integrative approach that blends several evidence-based modalities. One of the methods I incorporate is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful and proven technique for helping individuals process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. Alongside EMDR, I use approaches that encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy communication.

Working with couples and families is another key part of my practice. I help partners reconnect by improving emotional understanding and rebuilding trust. With families, my focus is on strengthening bonds, setting healthy boundaries, and developing tools that promote harmony at home. I also work closely with children and adolescents, providing a safe place for them to express their feelings, improve coping skills, and build confidence as they navigate school, friendships, and identity.

As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I take pride in being able to support diverse communities and make therapy accessible to more individuals and families. Whether we’re addressing long-term trauma or short-term stress, I approach every session with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine commitment to my clients’ well-being.

I believe that therapy is not just about managing problems; it’s about helping people rediscover their strengths, build emotional resilience, and live more fulfilling lives. Every person deserves a space to feel seen and supported, and I am honored to provide that for my clients.
